Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Control Engineering or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales (preferably in Oil, Gas, Petrochemical or Energy industries) Strong knowledge or exposure in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control (E&I) systems and services Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong analytical thinking with the ability to assess client requirements and propose technical solutions Self-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to build and maintain strong client relationships across EPC and O&M teams

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new market opportunities for E&I inspection, maintenance and specialised services Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, qualifying, preparing proposals to successfully closing deals Understand client operational challenges and prepare customised technical solutions, scopes of work and quotations Promote and sell EXS Synergy's E&I offerings such as:
- Electrical & Instrumentation inspection and maintenance
- Electrical Data Collection & Monitoring
- Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) analysis
- Instrument & Control design, development and documentation
- Troubleshooting, testing & site rectification
- Plant Turnaround & Commissioning support
- Earthing & Lightning Protection System (LPS) assessment
- Obsolescence Program for ageing assets

Work closely with the Engineering and Proposals teams for technical documentation, costing and method statements Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and partners Attend meetings, exhibitions, conferences and site visits to promote E&I solutions Support business development initiatives by leveraging market insights and stakeholder networks Provide internal guidance to ensure accurate solution positioning and proposal quality
