Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales & Application Specialist to support our radiotherapy solutions. This role bridges the gap between clinical excellence and commercial success, ensuring our cutting-edge radiation therapy systems are effectively demonstrated, sold, and supported across healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Promote and sell radiotherapy equipment and software to hospitals, cancer centers, and clinics. Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, medical physicists, and procurement teams. Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop territory-specific strategies. Attend trade shows, conferences, and product demos to showcase solutions.
Clinical Application Support

Provide in-depth product demonstrations and clinical training to healthcare professionals. Assist in workflow optimization and site configuration during implementation. Support pre-sales and post-sales activities including troubleshooting and customer feedback. Collaborate with R&D and product teams to relay clinical insights and user needs.
Project Coordination

Work closely with implementation teams to ensure timely and successful deployment. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, training sessions, and product performance. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Radiologic Technology, or related field. 2+ years of experience in medical device sales or clinical applications, preferably in oncology or radiotherapy. Strong understanding of radiotherapy workflows, treatment planning systems, and imaging modalities. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel up to 75% for client visits and training sessions

Preferred Skills

Experience with systems like MOSAIQ, ARIA, Eclipse, or similar. Certification in radiation therapy or medical imaging is a plus. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
