Professional certificate/Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in Sales/Marketing/ Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of (1) year sales experience in the printing industry (Preferred).
Demonstrable success in meeting sales targets.
Knowledge of print production and graphic design (Preferred).
In-depth knowledge of printing products, processes, and technologies.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Training is provided if willing to learn and have a good passion in sales field.

Responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential clients in the printing industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Understand client needs and requirements, and provide suitable printing solutions.
Negotiate product and service price, deadline, close deals and handle complaints/objections.
Interact directly with sales teams\' personnel and client on daily basis.
Ensure production pieces are produced timely with realistic expectations from the outset.
Gather feedbacks from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
