As a Sales Assistant ,you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

You will assist with day-to-day operations, including

sales support customer service

,

inventory management and maintaining the boutique visual standards

.

You'll work closely with the boutique team to uphold the brand's image and provide a personalized experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Services: Great and assist customers in a friendly ,professional manner, offering product knowledge and personalized recommendations. Sales Support, Assist in driving sales through product knowledge, suggestive selling, and meeting store sales goals. Inventory Management. Help with stock organization restoking shelves, and keeping inventory record up to date. Assist with receiving and processing deliveries. Visual Merchandising: Help maintain store displays, ensuring they refiect the boutique's style and brand image. Participate in setting up window displays and promotional areas. Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system and handle cash, credit and debit card payment. Cleaning & Maintenance: Ensure the boutique is kept clean, tidy, and welcoming for customers. Help with regular cleaning duties throughout the day. Customer feedback: Address customer inquiries, concerns and return in a professional manner. Gather feedback to help improve the customers experience. Skill and Qualifications: Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast -paced environment and stay organized. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Passion for fashion and interest in the boutique's offerings. Team player with a flexible approach to work. Full -time hours including weekends and holidays, depending on store schedule by top management.
