Position: Sales Representative - Kedai Cincin Ampang

What You'll Do

- Assist customers in choosing jewelry and offer personalized recommendations.

- Share your knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and designs.

- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.

- Drive sales by meeting targets and upselling products.

- Keep the store visually appealing and manage inventory efficiently.

- Stay updated on jewelry trends and competitor activities.

- Collaborate with your team to achieve store goals.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience in retail, especially in jewelry or luxury items.

- Passion for jewelry with a keen eye for design and quality.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with customers.

- Proven track record in achieving sales goals.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Flexible to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays.

- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.

- Knowledge of gemstones and trends is desirable.

Education & Experience:

- Diploma preferred

- 1 year of retail experience preferred

Languages:

- Bahasa. English is advantage
