About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the vital first point of contact for our customers, responsible for generating new leads, building relationships, and supporting our sales process. It's a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys communication and thrives in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers via phone to introduce company services and identify their needs. Invite qualified leads for meetings at the company showroom or schedule on-site visits. Assist with sales scheduling, order coordination, and updating customer records. Maintain client relationships through follow-up communication and holiday greetings/gifts. Distribute company flyers and promotional materials in designated areas.

Requirements:

Diploma or higher in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience is a plus. Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (VDL). Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Chinese is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel). A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
