Job Description

Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide clear information on products, promotions, and store offerings. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and support in achieving both individual and team sales targets. Maintain and refresh store displays to ensure all products are well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing. Assist in receiving, checking, organizing, and replenishing inventory, and promptly report any stock discrepancies. Handle cash, card payments, and returns accurately while strictly following store policies and procedures. Gather customer feedback and share relevant insights to help improve product offerings and overall customer satisfaction. Support loss prevention efforts by adhering to store security procedures and reporting suspicious activities.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
