Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in finding suitable products and provide excellent customer service. Maintain a clean and organized sales area and product displays. Support daily sales operations including cashiering, stock replenishment, and product labeling. Handle inquiries, feedback, and after-sales service in a professional manner. Update sales records and assist in stock inventory checking. Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.

Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field. Previous experience in retail or sales is an added advantage. Friendly personality with good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, POS system). Able to work on weekends and public holidays (shift basis). Positive attitude, reliable, and a good team player.
