In this role, you'll be part of a fast-growing fashion brand, helping customers discover styles they love while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience at our boutique.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and styling advice.
Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Replenish stock and ensure product displays meet company standards.
Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
Support team members in daily store operations when required.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in retail or customer service (experience in fashion/boutique environment is an advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers confidently.
Passionate about fashion and knowledgeable about current trends.
A great team player who works well in a collaborative environment.
Enthusiastic, energetic, and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
