Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Forwarding incoming email (Inquiry and order) to purchaser
  • Communicate directly with the customers with regard to the pricing confirmation
and ensure that their Pos are issued accordingly
  • Communicate with Operation Executive for the fulfilment of the orders
  • Handle all customers related issues which include aftersales matter
Requirements:
  • SPM / Relevant work experience
  • Effective communication / negotiation skills
  • MS Office, good spoken and written English
  • Able to work under deadline pressure
