Responsibilities :
Coordinate with workshop technicians, arrange for car maintenance, ensure vehicles are ready for sale.
Update Car model info sheets.
Ensure showroom cleanliness, proper vehicle display.
Assist with social media postings.
Help organize showroom events or roadshows.
Communicate with potential leads from online inquiries or marketing campaigns.
Answer general inquiries about vehicle models, features, prices, promotions, and availability.
Greet customers and understand their needs or vehicle preferences.
Assist sales consultants by preparing customers for arranging test drives, etc.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive showroom experience.
Prepare sales documents such as quotations, booking forms.
Follow up with customers regarding appointments and post-visit feedback.
Support the sales team.
Work closely with the sales, admin, and sales teams to ensure smooth sales-to-delivery workflow.
Job Requirements:
Strong communication & customer service skills
Basic automotive knowledge (willingness to learn)
Organization & multitasking
Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Office)
Teamwork, positive attitude, and professionalism

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
