Sales Assistant / Coordinator (together With Chinese Speaker)

Job Description

- To provide sales support and service to the Company's existing clients.

- To create good business relationship with the clients

- To assist the Sales Executive to develop grounds for the new business/orders from customers in relation to the Company's business

- To be responsible for submission of drawings, plans and ensures information is accurate and complete.

- To liaise with the Sales Executive for temporary PO issue, sample or F.O.C, internal use item requested and to ensure all application are approved by Managing Director.

- To issue quotation for customer

- To maintain a good filing system

- To attend to walk-in customer, confirmed purchase order received by fax or email daily.

- To provide information and promote Company's products and services.

- To maintain all sales order by input to the system

- To liaise with Planning department for work order status.

- To update job number reference system.

- To follow up outstanding order and advise sales person on the status.

- To take note on material received from customers and ensure that it comply with sales tax rules.

- To attend to customer's feedback and requests.

- To raise "Rework Form" and get approval from Managing Director

- To liaise with production department to ensure the customer's requirements are met in a timely manner.

- To do customers' satisfaction survey at least once a year.

- To implement and control a proper internal control system which comply to the Company's policies

- To be responsible to keep all the Company's information confidential and to refrain from discussing the Company's strategies and goals with any clients/outsider

- To ensure all paper work are according to the instructions or work order registered in the ISO 9001 procedures and input into the system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
