DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Attends to customers' enquiries and provide excellent face to face customer service so that customers' needs are met.

3. Assist customers in their purchase enquiries and provide counselling where necessary.

4. Assists in inventory management including stock level monitoring, re-stocking, expiry monitoring and periodical stock checks for inventory control.

5. Ensures accurate and complete processing of sales transactions.

6. Helps to create and maintain a harmonious team and foster good working relationships with all disciplines of staff.

7. Able to work overtime as and when required and to work shift hours as scheduled by the Supervisor, Pharmacist or the Manager.

8. Assist in the implementation of marketing initiatives, including promotions and events.

9. Contribute ideas for in-store displays and promotions to attract and retain customers.

10. Undertakes any other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the Supervisor, Pharmacist or the Head of Department.

11. At all times, to maintain strict confidentiality of any information encountered during the course of your duties.

12. Enhances professional growth and development through reading of relevant literature, as well as attendance to relevant training programmes (internal & external).

13. Performs duties and responsibilities directed by the Superior/Management, from time to time.

14. Performs cashier duties, e.g. processing cash, debit, credit and check transactions, balancing the cash register, making change, recording purchases, processing returns and scanning items for sale.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
