Working Location:

Cyberjaya Dpulze Shopping Centre

Working hour: Rotational Shift: 10am to 6:30pm or 1pm to 10pm

Salary from RM1,700 and up to RM2,500

JOB SCOPE:

Participating in the day-to-day running of the shop. Keeping the shop and displays clean and tidy at all times and maintaining 5's standard at showroom. Assist in changing displays of shop stock. Assist with regular stock checks and annual stock takes. Receiving deliveries, unpacking and re-shelving or storing stock. Being vigilant at all times and to help minimise stock loss. Excellent customer service is demonstrated at all times (including smiling & greeting). Ensure any issues concerning customer feedback are reported to the Sales Leader/ Branch Executive/ Branch Manager. Product knowledge (including specification). Cooperation and communication with superior and colleagues. Achieve personal sales target which set by branch manager.
