Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and achieve both individual and team sales targets.
Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Support inventory operations by receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise, and promptly report any stock discrepancies.
Process cash, credit card, and return transactions accurately while complying with store policies and procedures.
Gather and communicate customer feedback and product insights to support ongoing improvement in products and services.
Help prevent theft and minimize losses by following established security and loss prevention guidelines.
