Job Description

A.Customer Engagement & Sales

Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening. Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions based on their requirements.

Apply product knowledge to recommend suitable healthcare products, supplements, and services.

Achieve individual and outlet sales targets through upselling and cross- selling.

Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and special events.

B.Product Knowledge & Advisory

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare products, supplements, and pharmacy merchandise.

Provide accurate product information, usage instructions, and benefits to customers.

Stay updated on market trends, promotions, and competitor offerings.

C.Operational Support

Operate the cashier counter, including opening, closing, and daily cash reconciliation.

Assist in stocking, organising, and merchandising products to maintain a

presentable outlet. Arrange deliveries of packages as per management instructions. Support team members in handling customer enquiries and operational tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
