Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and providing guidance on finding products they need.
Assisting shoppers with selecting products, answering queries and providing product recommendations.
Handling sales transactions at the cash register, including cash, card or digital payments.
Maintaining the appearance of the store, ensuring it is clean, tidy and products are well-organised.
Checking product stock levels and helping with restocking activities when necessary.
Managing customer complaints or forwarding complex issues to the store manager.
Promoting store sales or loyalty programs to customers.
Requirements / Qualification:
Above 18 years old
With proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
Interested in retail sales
Willing to learn
Education:
SPM or above
