- Candidates must possess at least SPM, STPM/A-levels, Diploma or Degree in any related field.
- Preferred: 1 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, and/or management.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferred: Knowledge and interest in video games.
- Enthusiastic personality with a strong desire to interact with customers and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay updated on product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Contribute to a fun and vibrant store atmosphere.
- Welcome customers into the store and provide excellent customer service.
- Provide expert knowledge and recommendations regarding video game products.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues professionally and promptly.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and processing purchases.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Supervise Sales Assistant responsibilities and manage the entire store in the absence of the Store Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are appealing.
