Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet customers warmly and provide professional product/service recommendations. Promote and upsell spa services, packages, and retail products. Maintain in-depth knowledge of spa treatments, skincare, and wellness products. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information on pricing, promotions, and services. Process sales transactions accurately and manage daily cash or POS operations. Keep the shop clean, organized, and well-stocked. Assist in arranging product displays and maintaining a pleasant shop atmosphere. Follow up with clients for feedback and encourage repeat visits. Work closely with the spa team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,178.77 - RM3,421.80 per month

Expected hours: 18 per week

Work Location: In person
