Job Description

Greet customers warmly, assist with their inquiries, and provide accurate information on products, services, and promotions. Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and close sales to achieve both individual and team targets. Maintain visually appealing store displays, ensuring products are well-organized, properly stocked, and attractively presented. Support inventory operations by receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise, and promptly reporting any stock discrepancies. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and return processes accurately while strictly adhering to store policies and procedures. Collect and relay customer feedback and product insights to help improve overall offerings and enhance customer satisfaction. Follow security and loss prevention procedures to help minimize theft, protect store assets, and maintain a safe shopping environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
