JOB SUMMARY

Helping customers in identifying and purchasing required products to ensure that excellent customer service is demonstrated at all times. There's different ways to promote our in-store products, we are looking for someone who is familiar with social media like FB or even TikTok hence open to capture or even be in the video to engage virtually with potential buyers. Having experience in it is added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION

with the team Able to converse in mostly in Malay. English and Mandarin is an added advantage. Receive calls from customers. Replying customer inquiries in Shopee and WhatsApp chat. Engage with customers coming in to the shop..not just stand there.. Ready items for customers. Check and keeping up-to-date of item stock and price list. Teamwork with other staffs; Help to push heavy items together when open and close shop

Someone who's fit to be able to carry new items from ground floor to our store Got experience in Sales (retail) Fast learner Able to adapt Can tahan one of our bosses (handle pressure well/tahan lasak)
