Job Description

Responsibilities:



Assist walk-in and phone-in customers with product inquiries and purchases. Recommend suitable aluminium products based on customer needs. Support Sales Executives with quotations, follow-ups, and lead management. Maintain sales records and ensure excellent customer service. Occasionally assist in field visits and client meetings.

Requirements:



Sales or customer service experience (metals/building materials is a plus). Able to speak Chinese (Mandarin ) Basic knowledge of aluminium products. Good communication, organization, and computer skills. Willing to travel locally and outstation. Own car and valid driving license. Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
