Receive and coordinate all sales enquiries in line with company's sales process.
Follow up sales activities with customers and potential customers.
Capture all necessary information for preparation of quotes.
Coordinate and ensure all export and import handling activities in process.
Follow up on quotations sent to customers.
Assist to check on overlooked emails sent to sales & marketing department for enquiries.
Assist in monitoring, reviewing and reporting to sales & marketing department on all sales activities.
Manage all FCL export booking.
Issue and follow up on manifest correctors for required revision after vessel manifest closure.
Responsible for timely coordination of final freight movement of international cargo to customers and meeting their delivery needs.
Assist to coordinate and ensure all freight forwarding services provided by company are organised and in order.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Preferably 2-3 years relevant working experience.
Good communication skill.
