Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at JLL ELECTRICAL SDN BHD. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with various retail tasks.
Requirements:
- Fresher graduate / No experience
- Secondary School education
- problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Assist customers in finding and purchasing products
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Contribute to the overall store\'s success
- Perform other duties as assigned
