About the Role

S&M Group, located at Jalan Meranti Permai 1 in the Meranti Permai Industrial Park, Puchong, Selangor, is a notable player in the retails and distribution sector in Malaysia.

We are currently seeking for Sales Assistant to join our newly open outlet in Berjaya Times Square, Kuala Lumpur.

This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our outlet.

Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification. Able to converse in Basic English. Must be confident, well-presented, and have strong communication skills Candidate with blind box/toys interest or experience are preferred. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays Able to start immediately is a bonus. Previous experience in retail sales is advantageous, but candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and engage with customers Assist with cashiering and daily closing settlement Stocks receiving and packing in the respective categories assigned Adhere to all in-store SOPs Contribute to sales targets and team success All other related duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager
