With over 30 years of specialist experience, the founder leads a team of qualified professionals to deliver personalised, holistic treatments using FDA-approved equipment and high-quality products. From consultation to post-care, the centre is dedicated to helping patients achieve long-term health, beauty, and wellness goals.

Position: Sales Assistant

Location: Bangsar KL (relocate to near Pavilion Damansara)

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell medical spa treatments, packages, and products to clients. Assist customers with consultations and recommend suitable services based on their needs. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business. Handle client inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups. Provide after-sales service and ensure high customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare basic reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales (preferably in beauty, spa, aesthetic, or wellness industry). Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude. Sales-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets. Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and professional. Able to work retail/spa hours, including weekends and public holidays. Must possess own transport.

Remuneration packages:

Basic: RM2500 - RM3000 + Commission
