Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales:

Greet customers and actively sell IT/electronic products (e.g., laptops, phones, accessories). Explain product features, specifications, and benefits clearly to match customer needs. Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.

Product Knowledge & Demo:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all store products and new technology. Conduct engaging product demonstrations for customers. Assist customers with basic technical questions or initial setup advice.

Store Operations:

Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system. Handle cash, card payments, and manage the till. Assist with receiving new stock, restocking shelves, and keeping displays tidy and organized.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
