Promote and explain car features, specifications, and pricing to potential buyers.
Handle customer inquiries through phone, social media, and showroom visits.
Arrange and assist with vehicle test drives.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the used car market and competitor pricing.
Ensure cars in the showroom are clean, well-presented, and display proper price tags.
Prepare and follow up on sales documentation and payment collection.
Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Report daily sales activities and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
