Kelayakan

• Minimum SPM / High School qualification or above, any field.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
• Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Patient, detail-oriented, and capable of managing emotions effectively.
• Experience in Web3 is an advantage (training provided for those without experience)

Tanggungjawab

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through online channels and social communities.
• Assist customers with order processing, after-sales support, and other related matters.
• Gather and organize customer feedback, and report issues to relevant departments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

• Basic Salary: RM4000 + Full Attendance Bonus RM1000 + Performance Incentives.
• Working Hours: 9:30am - 6:30pm (includes 1-hour lunch break).
• Work Arrangement: Saturday WFH, Sunday Off.
