- Develop and execute the effectiveness of strategic and ideas to achieve sales targets. - Prepare monthly and annual sales forecast. - Analyze monthly sales report to assess actual vs. forecasted performance. - Identify issues, challenges and develop sales strategies. - Conduct continuous market research, competitor analysis, and dealer feedback to assist in formulating sales strategies. - To conduct regular meetings with dealers to understand frontlines challenges, current issues and identify their needs and concerns. - Manage, guide and communicate with dealers to adhere and follow company direction, policies and guidelines. - Maintain relationships with dealers by providing support, information, conduct presentation and guidance to drive targeted results. - Participate in event, roadshows, and other sales activities to guide dealers to make sales. - To work closely with Sales & Marketing Team and other internal department to achieve company targets. Requirements: - An advanced Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Sales, Business Administration, Communications, or related field is advantageous. - Computer literate and proficient in MS Office. - At least 3-5 years of working experience in Sales/Marketing. - Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills. - Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken). - Able to work on weekends (when necessary) and perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management. - Possess good interpersonal & communication skills, enthusiastic, self-motivated, energetic and result oriented. - Possess own transport and willing to travel occasionally.
