We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic

Sales Assistant

to join our LG PuriCare outlet at Lotus's Seri Alam. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers and is passionate about promoting LG PuriCare products.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in customers with product inquiries. Provide detailed explanations of LG PuriCare product features and benefits. Guide customers through subscription or purchase processes. Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure displays are well-organized. Follow up with leads and build strong customer relationships. Support outlet operations, including opening and closing duties. Achieve sales goals and enjoy commission-based earnings. Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent. Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome. Willingness to learn and work in a retail environment. Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. Spoken languages: Malay & English (Mandarin is an advantage). Have own transport to commute to work. Experience or interest in home appliance products will be an added benefit.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
