To be responsible for operating the receiving of goods following the Receiving Policy and Procedures of the Company.
To ensure the goods received are in good condition, to reject all expired goods or near expired goods.
To ensure all goods receiving are tally with the quantity stated in the Purchase Order.
To be responsible for stating date and month of received on the cartons of the goods received.
To inform respective Supervisor upon received of goods to them to collect the stocks for shelf display before keeping the balance in Outlet warehouse.
To ensure FIFO sequence when stacking up the Goods.
To ensure cleanliness of receiving area.
To prepare Daily summary of total receipt using the Daily Receipt Summary and submit up to HQ upon closing of receiving hub.
To perform any other duties in general operational functions and ad-hoc assignments.
General
To adhere and enforce all Company's policies and procedures.
Undertake / participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Requirements
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Candidate must be willing to work 6 days in a week.
Attention to details and sense of urgency.
Computer literate, able to perform accurate data entry.
Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Familiar with imported items will be added advantage.
