Job Description

Responsibility:

Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and promotions. Process sales transactions using the POS system. Keep the sales floor presentable, organized, and well-stocked. Assist with stock replenishment and displays. Contribute, assist and support in social media content. Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed sales targets. Stay updated on product knowledge and current promotions. Perform cashiering duty if assigned. Perform other duties as assigned. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Experience & Skill Requirement

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred Able to play musical instrument(s) will be added advantage Good teamwork Problem-solving skills Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Flexible to work on shifts and weekends

Academic Requirement

SPM or equivalent/Diploma/Degree
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
