Greet and assist customers with inquiries while providing accurate information about products, services, and ongoing promotions.
Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and drive sales to meet both individual and team targets.
Ensure the store is well-presented by maintaining organized and visually appealing displays.
Support inventory management by receiving, organizing, and restocking merchandise, and promptly reporting any discrepancies.
Process cash and card transactions accurately, including returns, in accordance with store policies.
Collect and share customer feedback and product insights to enhance overall satisfaction and product offerings.
Contribute to store security by adhering to theft prevention and loss control procedures.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
