Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and close sales to achieve both individual and team targets.
Maintain store displays, ensuring products are well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
Assist in receiving, organizing, and restocking merchandise, and promptly report any inventory discrepancies.
Accurately process cash, credit card transactions, and returns in accordance with store policies and procedures.
Gather customer feedback and product insights, and communicate them to the team to enhance offerings and overall customer satisfaction.
Support loss prevention efforts by following security protocols and helping to minimize theft and product shrinkage.
