Welcome customers warmly, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information on products, services, and promotions.
Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs, recommend suitable products, and achieve both individual and team sales targets.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, ensuring merchandise is well-presented and replenished promptly.
Support inventory management by receiving, organizing, and restocking merchandise, while reporting discrepancies in a timely manner.
Process cash, credit card, and return transactions accurately in compliance with store policies and procedures.
Collect and share customer feedback and product insights to contribute to service and product improvements.
Uphold loss prevention practices by adhering to security protocols and maintaining vigilance against theft or suspicious activity.
