We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our growing team at Pristine Glory Sdn Bhd in Pusing Perak. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and contributing to the overall success of the company. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or similar subjects
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheet.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - in Poultry Farming or equivalent.
• Company car provided and willing to outstation.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
• Strong sense of responsibility and good team spirit.
• Good attitude, Independent & Self motivated.
• Committed and result driven.
• Capability to grow in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the sales team in achieving their sales targets and objectives.
• Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, handling orders, and addressing customer concerns.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer information.
• Assist the Sales Manager in preparing quotations.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance the company's sales and promotional efforts.
• Supporting the sales team in administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports and presentations.
