Simply helping customers find what they're looking for and actively encouraging customers with their orders, requirements and after-sales service issues. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction thru excellent sales service. In-depth knowledge of the product and service provided. Update customer record in company database. Manage point-of-sales process. Actively updating customer data with promotions and product new arrivals. To participate in sales campaigns, promotions and product launching. To respond in a professional and timely manner to any customer query/complaint on e-commerce marketplaces, web store, and brand social media accounts. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations. Commit to deliver daily, weekly and monthly sales target given. Conduct LIVE Streaming as a Host on various online platforms (Tiktok, Lazada & Shopee) on a daily basis Introduce, promote and demonstrate our product during LIVE Streaming Interact and engage with online audiences, provide professional advice and answer enquiries during LIVE Streaming Proactively encourage online audiences to adopt our product and make online purchases during LIVE Streaming To strategies activities for more exposure and traffic allocation on live session Responsible for content creation, planning and execution of short videos on TikTok Encourage audience participation by organizing interactive activities, challenges and giveaway during LIVE Any other tasks as may be directed by the immediate manager from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS

Additional experience in Fashion Retail. Sales and customer service focus. Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Confident and engaging personality. Willing to work under pressure and willing to work for extra hour. Has interest in fashion. Experience in Sales. Competency in English. Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software. Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results. Fast learner and quick thinker. Passionate about sales. Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR

To achieve sales target daily, weekly, and monthly.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
