Position: Sales Assistant
Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,200
Working Days: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM), Saturday (Work on a rotational basis)
Rest Day: Sunday
Location: No. 44-1, Jalan Cyber Valley 1B/1, Cyber Valley Commercial Centre, 43800 Dengkil, Selangor



We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our client's team in Dengkil.
In this role, you'll play an essential part in delivering excellent customer service, managing daily sales operations, and maintaining a vibrant and well-organized retail environment.

Key Responsibilities



1) Assist walk-in and online customers by providing accurate product information, recommendations, and guidance throughout the purchasing process.
2) Handle sales transactions, issue receipts, and maintain daily sales records with accuracy and integrity.
3) Manage and respond to customer inquiries received through social media platforms such as Facebook and TikTok.
4) Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and attractive display of plants, pots, and other nursery items.
5) Label and price all products correctly to ensure clarity for customers.
6) Support the Sales Executive in day-to-day operations, including promotional and sales activities.
7) Assist with plant watering, care, and arrangement to maintain healthy and visually appealing products.
8) Participate in social media promotions, live sessions, or content creation when required.
9) Handle stock arrangement, restocking, and inventory checks to ensure adequate stock levels.
10) Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction and a positive shopping experience at all times.

Requirements



1) Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
2) Friendly, positive, and service-oriented personality with good communication skills.
3) Able to work independently and in a team environment.
4) Basic understanding of sales transactions and customer handling.
5) Interest or basic knowledge in plants and gardening is an added advantage.
6) Willing to work on weekends (rotational) and handle physical tasks when required.
