• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Able to speak Chinese (Mandarin), English
• Positive attitude and able to cope with multitasking and a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist handling sales, support peers and customer follow-up
• Assist team members with sales data processing using Microsoft Excel
• Manage orders, customer information and reports
