Sales Assistant

Job Description

Assist customers in selecting furniture based on their needs, preferences, and budget. Provide product information, including materials, dimensions, and available options. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable showroom at all times. Handle customer inquiries through walk-in, phone calls, and social media messages. Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents when required. Coordinate with the delivery and installation team to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Update product displays and ensure all price tags are accurate. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company. Assist in stock checking and reporting any low or damaged items. Support marketing or promotional activities when needed.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM; Diploma in any field is an advantage. Experience in sales or furniture industry is a plus, but not required (training provided). Good communication and customer service skills. Able to explain product features clearly and professionally. Friendly, motivated, and target-driven. Physically fit to assist with light furniture movement when needed. Able to start immediately or short notice (optional).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
