This position involves assisting with sales processes, managing inventory, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the showroom is well-maintained. The ideal candidate is passionate about motorcycles, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and is committed to achieving sales targets while contributing to a positive customer experience.Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Customer Service: Greet customers entering the showroom, understand their needs and preferences, and provide knowledgeable assistance by introducing them to various motorcycles, parts, and accessories.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing the sales process from greeting customers to closing sales. Help with paperwork, financing options, and explaining product features.
  • Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, organize the showroom, and ensure all displayed motorcycles and accessories are in excellent condition. Assist in ordering new stock and managing inventory records.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest motorcycles, parts, and accessories. Attend product training and participate in product demonstrations to enhance product knowledge.
  • Showroom Maintenance: Keep the showroom clean, organized, and attractive. Arrange displays to attract customers and provide a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, including answering phones, managing customer appointments, and handling sales documentation and transactions.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Assist in following up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to the sales team and management to improve products, services, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Computer and Software Skills:
  • Proficient in using laptops, Canva, and video creation.
  • Willingness to learn all aspects related to motorcycle sales.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the motorcycle or automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage customers.
  • Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of motorcycle products and accessories.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
