Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our UniFi outlet in Econsave Kangkar Pulai.
The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, enjoys interacting with customers, and is eager to help them find the best UniFi plans.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting suitable UniFi packages based on their needs. Provide clear explanations of product features and benefits. Handle customer inquiries and deliver excellent service. Process sign-ups, documentation, and follow up on applications. Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Work towards sales goals and enjoy commission-based earning opportunities. Maintain good relationships with customers for repeat sales. Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent. Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. Spoken languages: Malay & English (Mandarin is an advantage). Have own transport to commute to work. Knowledge of broadband or telecommunication services is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
