Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and expand the customer base. Identify and drive new business opportunities across sea freight, air freight, and land transportation sectors through client meetings, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and participation in trade events. Build and manage domestic sales operations, including overseeing daily sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and meeting individual KPIs. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and pricing to clients in timely and professional manner. Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking functions to establish and maintain strong business relationships. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Perform other related duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

At least

4-5 years

of working experience in sales.

Proven track record

of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin, with Mandarin proficiency required for daily work-related communication. Strong teamwork, positive attitude, self-motivation, customer-focused approach. Excellent phone etiquette, and able to work independently. Possess own transport and willing to travel as required
