Mood Travel is looking for a Sales Assistant who is passionate about travel, customer service, and helping clients plan their trips. You will manage sales inquiries, handle bookings, and provide excellent support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries from clients
Assist clients with travel bookings, including flights, tours, and packages
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Coordinate with operations team for smooth execution of travel arrangements
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners
Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
