Assist the Sales Manager / Sales Executives in preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
Follow up with customers on enquiries, quotations, and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and transaction data.
2. Customer Service
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries professionally.
Provide product information and basic technical details to customers.
Assist in resolving customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate person.
3. Administrative Tasks
Prepare and update sales reports, customer databases, and filing systems.
Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, operations, finance) to ensure smooth order processing.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse for delivery arrangements.
