, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, supporting daily outlet operations, and promoting Uncle Jack's signature fried chicken and combo meals. You will ensure a clean, efficient, and friendly service environment that reflects the Uncle Jack brand values of quality, value, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and process transactions at the counter.
Upsell combo meals, side dishes, and promotions to increase sales.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service area according to company and health regulations.
Support kitchen staff with food preparation, packing, and stock refills during peak hours.
Ensure product displays, price tags, and promotional materials are updated.
Handle customer feedback or complaints politely and escalate to the supervisor when necessary.
Perform opening and closing duties as assigned (cash reconciliation, restocking, cleaning).
Comply with all company policies, food safety, and halal standards.
Requirements
Malaysian citizen (minimum age: 18 years).
SPM or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in F&B, retail, or fast-food service is an advantage but
not required
(training provided).
Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
