Sohho Grocer, KemamanWe are seeking a dedicated and hardworking
Sales Assistant (Wet Area)
to join our team at Sohho Grocer, Kemaman.Key Responsibilities
Handle and prepare products in the Wet Area (fish, chicken, meat, vegetables, etc.) Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety in the Wet Area at all times Assist customers with product selection and weighing Support daily store operations as required
Customer Service
Greet and serve customers in a polite and professional manner Answer customer inquiries about Wet Area products Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
Inventory Management
Assist in receiving, unpacking and storing Wet Area stock Monitor freshness and product quality; follow FIFO (First In, First Out) practice Report shortages or damages to the supervisor Help maintain accurate stock levels
Qualification
Male/Female, physically fit and able to work in Wet Area conditions Minimum SPM or equivalent Responsible, honest and hardworking Experience in handling fresh products is an advantage but not required
