1)To serve, develop & maintain exisiting and new customer & corporate clients.
2)Plan & make regular visits to existing & prospective customers.
3)Showcase ability to close/ finalize sales to meet targets and goals.
4)Participte in sales related events as and when required .
5)Possess excellent selling & communication and interpersonal & people skills.
6)Provide a quotation to customer base on estimating cost and setting.
7)Handle the customer complaints and investigate, analysis, follow up and filing for any product problem.
8)Liaison with customer for the related quality issues when necessary.
9)To implement the ISO 9001 QMS and ISO 14001 EMS for its related department.
10)Any other task assigned by the superior.
