Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in identifying and purchasing products. Provide exceptional customer service and product advice. Ensure shelves are well-stocked and the retail environment is clean and organized. Handle inventory and cashiering tasks efficiently. Support promotional and marketing activities as needed.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

Minimum SPM qualification (or equivalent). Diploma or Degree holders in any field are encouraged to apply (e.g., Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Science, etc.). For Pharmacy Assistant: A Diploma in Pharmacy or Nursing is required.

Skills and Qualities:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused. Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.

Availability:

Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
